Installation service options are not available for refunds due to the man power required to provide these options to you.

To obtain a refund simply log into your account and open a support ticket directed to our satisfaction team.  In your trouble ticket clearly list the plugin which you were not completely satisfied with, and a quick note about why you were unpleased with the plugin.  By providing this information we will be better equiped to serve you in the future.
