1. I get a screen with nothing but gibberish on it. What's wrong? [top]
Look like Zend Optimizer is not installed yet on your server. Let’s check your server configuration (admin > tools > server info) :
1. Zend Optimizer: is it installed already? (you can search "Zend Optimizer" terms) 2. Have you upload 'phpcipher.bin' and the license to admin (or catalog) directory?
In order our plugins working, we need Zend Optimizer installed at your server. If not, you may contact hosting provider to turn it on. Most hosting have this module by default. Let us know if you need further assistant regarding this troubles.
